Quality and Documentation

A product name identifies a trading family, not the complete shipment specification. Confirm the grade, intended application, origin, test methods, units and acceptance limits in writing.

For the agreed lot, request a certificate of analysis (COA), a safety data sheet (SDS) where applicable, packaging details and the inspection scope. An example standard does not establish certification or approval of a specific shipment.

For fertilizers, distinguish elemental nutrient values from oxide-based N-P-K declarations and verify destination registration and labeling. For fuels, confirm the relevant end-use specification, sampling basis and transport documentation.
