NEXORE CAPITAL GLOBAL TRADING LTD is the controller of the personal data described in this policy and operates from Türkiye. Counterparties may request the statutory details of the operating entity for identity verification (KYC) through the same official address.

Data we collect

An inquiry gives us the company name, contact person, email address, telephone number, product of interest, quantity, destination and any free-text requirements you provide. If you write to us directly, we also receive your message and any attachment you send by email. We do not request sensitive categories of personal data.

Purposes and legal basis

We use inquiry data to answer your request, prepare quotations and take steps before a possible contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and the corresponding provision of KVKK. Business correspondence, record-keeping and system security rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The market ticker loads only after an explicit click, and TradingView then processes data on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for 24 months from the last contact unless a contract, legal claim or regulatory obligation requires a longer period. Where a contract arises, related records follow its term and the retention periods applicable to commercial and tax records. After the applicable period the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Recipients and international transfers

Access is limited to staff who handle commercial enquiries and to providers that host the site, run our email and, after consent, supply the market ticker. If you contact us through WhatsApp, Meta processes that message under its own terms. We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside the EEA, the UK or Türkiye; transfers then rely on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, whose details are available on request. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated, cookieless visit measurement.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in your country of residence, work or alleged infringement.

Automated decisions, children and changes

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, including profiling, that would produce legal effects or similarly affect you. The site addresses business users, is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their data. We may update this policy when services or law change; the current version is always published here with its date.
